Tanner

Tanner aka Snowflake is the odd man out because he's so white compared to the other puppies. He's a wonderful boy who will be sticking around here for a while.

He has the cutest little body with the cutest little personality to along with it.

I look forward to seeing how he develops. hopefully into a beautiful representative of the Coton breed.

Buffy and Tucker After Bath

The little puppies had their first baths today, then were treated to a fine blow dry. Of course, they don't like it but they look so cute after they're all poofy.

They look just like little Teddy Bears.

Tucker (Schnapps) and Buffy (Wynter) did not want to sit still for their "official portraits".
Please Enjoy!

More play

There are 2 puppies from Colby's litter still here so all the puppies are now together, having fun with each other. Sierra's litter is old enough now to handle the older puppies and their rough play.

They have so much fun together. It is warm, snow is melting and the puppies love to play out in the snow, digging and finding treasures from last Fall.

It's Mine...No it's Mine!

More fun in the late Winter sun. As the snow melts, the puppies are finding all kinds of goodies out in the yard. Sticks, wood chips, toys etc. Once they find something fun, the one who finds it takes off with the others in hot pursuit.
Bailey seems to be the main stick finder then he taunts the others to chase him and play Tug of War.

Tucker started following Bailey around, they wrestled, then Tucker took off, so proud of his achievement.

Aspen and Snowflake frolic

Aspen and Snowflake had a chance to romp around today in the snow. He is so playful although such a small little boy.

She played along until he became a little too pesty for her mood.

Tug O' Wood

Zuzu and Bailey found a piece of wood today and went through quite the struggle. Lasted several minutes.
I'm not sure who won in the end. They're getting so strong.

Benji aka Clarence and Sophie aka Mary after bath

It's been 2 short months for me since the "It's a Wonderful Life" litter was born and now it's time they all go off to find their wonderful life with their new wonderful families.

Tradition dictates that they get baths before they leave so they're clean and fresh for their new Moms and Dads. I'm hoping they won't get into anything stinky before they actually leave. Sophie's on top, Benji on the bottom.
ere's wishing Benji and Sophie a long, happy and wonderful life!

Excited Sister!

This little girl is anxiously counting down the days until they can pick up their new Coton puppy Tucker aka "Schnapps". To help make the time go by a little faster she's made this paper chain for each waiting day. When the last chain is cut she knows Tucker will be in her arms.

I guess you could call this paper chain a Coton de Tulear advent calendar.

I think this is sooo cute and Tucker can't wait for the big day!

More Photos

More photos of puppies at play......

Big puppies play with the little puppies

Today the big kids played with the little kids, sort of.

The big kids can still cream the little ones, making for an unfair playtime. But running through the snow and on the deck in the sun, made up for the sudden ambushes.
The big puppies will begin to leave next weekend. We had our big scrambled eggs, ham and veggies breakfast this morning since it's our last sunday all together. They ate every last morsel.

Little Boys at Play

Sierra's boys Snowflake and Tucker aka Schnapp's woke up and had some fun. Now that they're 5 weeks old play is getting more active and physical.

Wrestle, bite, pull, roll around, run away....all very typical.

Pretty cute boys...........

Snowplay!

Woo Hoo! No fresh powder but the snow is frozen now and they can run and play.

George "Bailey" climbed on top of the flower planter, thought he was pretty cool, looked pretty cute. But then it was time to get down. After some whining he figured it out.

They're having a blast rolling in the snow and falling into holes in the snow. Sometimes they find some ice and slide on that for a while.

Oh youth.......

Sierra's Puppies Have Fun!

Here they are playing and doing a little bit of flirting with each other.

Wynter being the only girl certainly uses that to her advantage.

Such funny puppies!

The Wintersköl Litter is 4 weeks old!

Sierra's puppies are 4 weeks old and finally getting around. They're at the muzzle and tail biting stage. They're getting used to the household and are not sure about all the noises and chaos.

They have been outside a couple of times. So far Wynter seems the most interested in exploring.

I'm feeding them 2 meals a day now and Mama is still nursing them really well. As their teeth keep emerging, I imagine she will back off letting them nurse.

Snowflake has a good coat which is understandable since he's the only white puppy.

They're all so adorable and it's fun to see Sierra's litter getting cuter by the minute.

Colby's Puppies out in the snow

Before the storm hits this weekend, Colby's puppies were outside playing in the snow.

Not to mention they went on a big shopping trip to Lowe's and Target where Mary proceeded to fall right out of the stroller so that she could check out new mail boxes.

They were a big hit at Target because we sat right by the door where people could not resist coming over to say hello and pet the puppies.

A fun time was had by all.
